What is free right now, and what is locked for later?
Every row in your menu is one of three things: yours today, part of a plan, or not for sale yet. The row itself tells you which.

Look for the rows with no padlock
Control Centre, Community, Products and Subscribers carry no padlock. Nor does Settings, at the bottom. They are not on a plan at all, and if you never add anything else they stay exactly as they are.
That is more than it sounds. Taking payment is in there: Settings, then Payments, connects your own Stripe account and costs nothing. So is charging for your community, under Community then Membership, and so are Games and Courses. You can run a paid community and sell courses without buying anything from us.

Press a padlocked row and the plan screen opens with what it includes and what it costs. Nothing is bought by looking. On a phone, open the menu with the button at the top right; a locked row says Upgrade there instead of showing a padlock.
Website and Social are one plan, so they arrive together. Outreach is a separate plan of its own.
Funnels has no padlock. Its row says Free to start: build your first funnel page free, then start the 14-day free trial to finish it and put it live.
Once your community is set up and described, Outreach may open without a padlock. It shows what it would do for you, and it stays paused, with an amber bar across the top, until you press Start my free trial on that bar.

Courses sits inside Products and is open on every account, with or without a community. Build as many courses as you like and charge what you want.
If Courses ever shows a padlock, press Help and tell us.

Read Beta as not for sale yet
Ads says Beta, not padlocked. Beta means it is not finished and not for sale. Pressing it asks whether you want to be on the list for when it opens, and upgrading will not turn it on.

Can I talk instead of typing?
Under the boxes you type into there is a **Speak** button. Press it, talk, press **Stop**, and your words are typed into the box for you. It works on a laptop and on a phone.
Do I have to decide on the leads offer right now?
No. Your community is free and works without it. The price for leads is Outreach, a separate paid tool that finds people for your community, and you can say no and carry on building.
How do I ask for help, and where do I see the reply?
Your account manager is one press away on every screen. You write, add a screenshot or leave a voice note, and the reply comes back to the same place. About a minute to send.
